एक बार Grievance submit होने के बाद आपकी Marksheet और Certificate LOCK हो जाती है — आप उसे NCVT MIS या SIDH portal से download नहीं कर सकते जब तक grievance resolve न हो। इसलिए पहले marksheet download करें, फिर grievance submit करें।
NCVT MIS portal को October 2025 से Read-Only Mode में कर दिया गया है। सभी operational grievances अब SIDH Portal (skillindiadigital.gov.in) पर submit होती हैं। Read-Only services (marksheet verification, download) NCVT MIS पर उपलब्ध हैं।
